The Lion's Gate Portal opens every year on 8/8 — a cosmic alignment between Sirius, Orion's Belt, and Earth that the ancient Egyptians held as sacred beyond measure. It is a gateway of activation, of remembrance, of power reclaimed.
This year we gather in the wild lands of Ona, Florida — near creek water, under open sky, surrounded by earth — to honor Sekhmet, the lioness goddess of healing, transformation, and sacred rage. She who destroys what no longer serves. She who restores what was always true.
Three days. Eight women. Plant ceremonial experiences, sound healing, water blessing, vocal activation, and the kind of integration that doesn't leave you when you pack up your tent.
What you're stepping into
A full plant medicine ceremony held Saturday in sacred container with experienced facilitation.
Friday night opening ritual — voice work, blue lotus, and an invocation of Sekhmet.
Two sound healing experiences — Saturday morning and Sunday morning — to open and close the portal.
A sacred water ceremony held Saturday at the creek — cleansing, releasing, and receiving.
Nourishing meals included throughout — blue lotus dinner Friday, light breakfast and dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday.
Shared dorm with beds included. BYOT (bring your own tent) option available for those who prefer to sleep under the stars.
