Make Some Space — Overnight Plant Medicine Retreat, Palm Beach County, Florido
This might be for you if…

You keep thinking, “I know something needs to change.”

But you don't know exactly what. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined intention. You just need to be willing to listen.

  • At a crossroads in your career
  • Questioning a relationship or the way you relate to yourself
  • Craving a different pace of life
  • Feeling disconnected from your creativity
  • Successful on paper but not fulfilled internally
  • Tired of making decisions based on what everyone else expects
  • Wanting clarity around what you're actually calling in
  • Feeling like you've outgrown an old version of yourself
  • Ready to stop abandoning what you already know is true for you
This is not about…

“What you should do with your life.”

I'm not here to give you my answers. I'm not here to convince you to quit your job, leave your relationship, move across the world, start a business, or become someone new. Because your life is yours.

Instead, this is a space to get quiet enough to hear yourself. To notice what you've been overriding. To explore what matters to you now — and to make room for desires, truths, questions, and possibilities that may have been difficult to hear underneath the noise of everyday life.

Why overnight?

There is a silence the night brings.

When everyone is safe, and it's quiet, that silence gives us space to actually listen. There's also something traditional in this — going inward at night has been part of ceremony for a very long time. It's not a coincidence that this work happens after dark.

You have the night. You have the morning. Space to experience, rest, and begin identifying what you want to carry forward — without rushing back to your normal life before you've had a chance to feel it.

The ceremony

An opportunity for inward exploration.

The evening centers around an intentional plant medicine ceremony within a carefully held container, approached as an opportunity for inward exploration rather than entertainment or escape.

Your experience may bring attention to things you already know, things you've been avoiding, or things you didn't realize were ready to emerge. There is no promise of a particular outcome, and no guarantee of a neat answer. You're invited to meet your experience with curiosity, presence, and honesty.

The real work is after

The ceremony is not the finish line. It's the beginning of the conversation.

You may leave with a realization, a question, a desire, a boundary, a decision, a new perspective — or simply a deeper awareness of what no longer feels right.

A realization A question A desire A boundary A decision A new perspective

The question becomes: what are you going to do with what you discovered? Clarity without application can become another beautiful experience that changes nothing — the intention here is to leave with something you can actually begin living.

What you'll leave with

Not a prescription for your life. Space to explore what's real.

What am I actually wanting?
What am I no longer willing to continue?
What matters to me now?
What have I been afraid to admit?
What wants to be expressed?
What is one thing I can begin doing differently?

The goal isn't to have every answer by 10 AM. It's to be more connected to your own knowing than when you arrived.

Who this is for · Safety + screening

Participation requires preparation, informed consent, and personal responsibility.

This retreat is intended for adults intentionally exploring personal growth, self-inquiry, and plant medicine experience. Because plant medicine can carry psychological, physical, and medication-interaction risks, participation involves an application and screening process. This is not a casual drop-in experience.

Our screening process covers

  • Relevant medical history
  • Current medications
  • Mental health history
  • Substance use
  • Pregnancy / breastfeeding status
  • Other factors relevant to plant medicine safety

Our procedures include

  • Participant screening + informed consent
  • Medication and substance interaction review
  • Emergency response planning
  • Boundaries and consent practices
  • Overnight supervision and support
  • Transportation and arrival/departure logistics
  • Post-ceremony integration support

We do not advise anyone to stop or alter prescribed medication on their own — medication decisions are reviewed with an appropriately qualified medical professional as part of screening. Certain conditions, including some cardiovascular conditions, seizure disorders, pregnancy or nursing, psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, suicidality, and specific medication interactions, are carefully screened for and may exclude participation. If other plant medicines or supplements are part of the ceremony, their specific interactions — including MAO-inhibiting substances — are addressed directly in your individual screening rather than a general disclaimer.

You don't have to know exactly what comes next.

You don't have to arrive with your whole life figured out.

Maybe you're simply tired.

Come make some space. Listen. Feel. Question. Remember.

And then take what you discover home with you. Your life is still yours to create.
