Make Some Space
Overnight Plant Medicine Retreat | Palm Beach, Florida
An intimate overnight Psilocybin Ceremony
You’ve done the work. Now it’s time to fully land in who you’re becoming.
November 14–15, 2026
You've done the work. Now it's time to fully land in who you're becoming.
You know something is changing. The version of you that got you here doesn't quite fit anymore — but the next version of you hasn't fully landed yet. Make Some Space is an intimate overnight retreat designed to give you the space, support, and intentional container to step away from the noise and reconnect with what is emerging within you.
A space to see.
A space to feel.
A space to listen.
A space to land.
You've already done a lot of the work.
You've invested in courses, therapy, retreats, somatic work, spiritual work, energetics, healing, and personal growth. You've taken leaps before. You know you have gifts, desires, ideas, and a deeper version of yourself waiting to be expressed. And still…
- You feel like you're becoming someone new, but you haven't fully landed there yet.
- Your old identity, roles, relationships, or communities don't quite fit anymore.
- You find yourself playing small around the people you love.
- You limit yourself in the name of love.
- You wonder what will happen if you really let yourself become who you are.
- You're afraid that becoming more of yourself could mean losing people.
- You know there's a next step, but you keep looking outside yourself for permission or certainty.
- You're ready to trust yourself more deeply.
You don't need another person to tell you who you're supposed to become. You may simply need enough space to hear yourself.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing that you're changing. It's wondering what happens when you actually let yourself change.
What happens to the relationships? The friendships? The community? The identity you've built? The version of yourself that everyone already knows?
There can be grief in outgrowing something — even when you know you're ready. Make Some Space is an invitation to stop negotiating with the version of yourself you've already outgrown. Not to force a decision. Not to manufacture some huge life-changing moment. But to create enough space to listen.
You have probably consumed enough information.
This isn't another course telling you what to do. It's an intentional space away from your usual responsibilities, stimulation, expectations, and roles. A space where you can slow down enough to notice what is actually here.
What wants to be released. What wants to be felt. What wants to emerge. What you already know. And what your next small step might be.
Because the next step doesn't have to be massive. Sometimes the smallest step is the biggest one.
See. Feel. Land. Integrate.
Preparation + medical application
Before you're accepted into the retreat, you'll complete a medical application/screening process so that relevant health, medication, and safety considerations can be reviewed before participation. Once you're approved to participate, you'll have a private preparation call with your preparation + integration specialist.
Together you'll explore:
- Your intentions
- What you're hoping to experience or shift
- Your goals
- Your fears or concerns
- Anything you want to bring into the experience intentionally
You'll also receive your preparation materials so you know how to prepare for the retreat.
A private overnight container
Then you enter the retreat itself. A private overnight container where you can step away from your normal environment and give yourself permission to fully experience what is here.
The retreat includes:
- Private overnight accommodation
- Ceremony
- Food
- A carefully held retreat container
- Space for rest, reflection, and processing
- Support throughout the experience
The intention isn't to control what happens. It's to create a container where you can experience what emerges with preparation, communication, care, and respect for your autonomy. The retreat materials emphasize that preparation is not about controlling the experience, and that the facilitator's role is to support safety, hold the agreed container, respect autonomy, remain present and regulated, and offer grounding without directing the participant's experience.
The experience doesn't end when the ceremony ends.
You'll have a private integration session with the same specialist who supported your preparation. You'll have space to:
- Reflect on what emerged
- Talk through your experience
- Notice what feels important now
- Explore reflection questions
- Identify what your own guidance is showing you
- Get support around taking your next step
- Create accountability for following through
The specialist isn't there to tell you what your next step should be. They're there to hold the container, listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you hear yourself more clearly.
The real work isn't necessarily what happens during the ceremony.
You'll also receive access to the community and Integration Lounge, so the integration doesn't have to end when your private session ends. Because the real work is what you do with what you discovered afterward.
Not a prescribed answer. Not a five-year plan.
Not someone else's idea of who you should become. But potentially a deeper connection to:
You may leave feeling more like yourself. More grounded in yourself. More willing to take up space. More connected to the power that's already within you. And more willing to trust what you know.
Your safety matters.
Participation begins with a medical application/screening process. You'll be asked to disclose relevant medical, psychiatric, medication, and safety information before the ceremony so that potential concerns can be appropriately assessed. This educational and retreat experience does not replace medical screening, professional medical advice, emergency care, or applicable laws and regulations. If you have a medical or psychiatric concern, medication interaction question, or other safety concern, disclose it before the ceremony.
The retreat materials specifically state that psychedelic experiences can involve significant psychological and physical effects, and that screening, preparation, consent, supervision, and emergency procedures are part of the safety framework.
The container
- Your autonomy matters
- Before the ceremony, you'll establish communication preferences and boundaries
- During the experience, you can communicate what you need and ask for support
- Supportive touch, if applicable, is consensual and preferences can change at any time
- Safety first. Autonomy always.
Medication disclaimer
- If you take an SSRI or another medication that may affect your eligibility or safety, this must be disclosed during the application process
- We do not recommend stopping, reducing, titrating, or otherwise changing prescribed medication on your own
- Do not make medication changes without discussing them with your prescribing clinician — they are the appropriate person to advise you
The preparation materials explicitly frame the container around autonomy, communication, boundaries, and collaborative support.

A few things people ask.
Maybe you don't need to become someone else.
Maybe you need to finally make enough space to meet the version of you that's already emerging.
You don't have to know exactly what happens next. You just have to be willing to listen.
Make Some Space. A private overnight retreat for the person who knows they're becoming someone new — and is ready to finally land.
