🎙️ The Masterclass A guided training where you'll learn to witness the self-worth story you've been carrying — where it started, how it operates, and how to begin relating to it differently.
🎧 Breathwork + Meditation Audio (1 Hour) A slow, intentional practice to help you meet the self-doubt and patterns that live in your body — not just your mind. You'll set an intention, then move through a simple nose-inhale, longer-mouth-exhale rhythm for the full hour, gently returning to the breath whenever your mind wanders. This isn't about performing the breath perfectly — it's about honoring your nervous system.
📓 My Self Worth Story Journal A guided journal to help you put words to what you're witnessing. Inside, you'll work through:
Set Your Intentions — naming why you showed up, where you feel most stuck, and a belief you've been carrying that may not actually be yours
The Thought Loop — locating a recurring self-doubt thought, tracing how it shows up in your emotions and actions, and finding where it lives in your body (even giving it a color or texture)
Identifying the Block — recognizing your pattern among fear of failure, people pleasing, self-sabotage, or fear of success, and unpacking the "I'm not good enough" story underneath it
"No One Cares What I Have to Say" — an honest gut-check on whether that belief is even true, and what it would mean to upgrade the way you see yourself
🕯️ Bonus: Mini Ceremony How-To Guide A simple ritual for creating a sacred, private space to do this work in — sacred space setup, clearing the energy, lighting a candle, making tea, setting an intention, and breathing — so this becomes more than a worksheet. It becomes a practice.
